I am a North American. My job has brought me abroad for over a decade of my 40 years. I am a patriot, but I try to be objective in my approach to listening to others. I have put up this blog up on the Internet to share some of my experiences with others from the various countries that I have visited from around the world. I have to admit some peoples’ opinions can be seriously frustrating, and, more often than not, people come across as being rude and very misguided. I, however, try and remain optimistic, and I am consistently trying to remain motivated about learning from others and their cultures. No one has all the answers!
